CNN masturbation expert Jackson has decided to focus on child porn rules.

On the second day of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing, he brought direct and directed questions from Republican Senator Josh Howley (MO) about the history of easy access to child pornography cases. But CNN masturbation expert and chief legal analyst Jeffrey Tubin Hawley took a strong point with his focus on this serious issue that many Americans care about.

Immediately following Howley’s allotted time to question Jackson, CNN host Wolf Blitzer looked to Tubin for his pick. “Republican Senator Josh Howley is trying to portray Judge Jackson as sympathetic to child pornography criminals.” Blizzard laughed.

Jackson began by wailing about how Tubin Howley’s entire time was spent, citing a special example of public sympathy for a child porn offender, and suggested that the senator talk about how heinous the crime was:

This was really awesome. You have a judge here who has been on the bench for almost ten years. And we had a full half hour of Senator Howley’s question about a single case where he was able to recite horrific details and repeatedly say pedophilia.

“It’s about appealing to the QAnon audience, the religion that is now a major presence in Republican Party politics – where Senator Howley is trying to associate himself with that group and is running for president in support of them.” Tubin insisted.

Added: “It has very little to do with Judge Jackson, who, as it turned out at today’s hearing, is one of the many judges who found the guidelines on punishment for possession of child pornography excessive.”

Probably a factor as to why they’re doing so poorly.

Blitzer then turned to Abby Philip, a senior political correspondent, who agreed with Tobin that Howley was a “The dog whistles QAnon-right.” He also insisted “The essence of the argument, as explained many times, is not really to check out.”

But it does not address the evidence presented by Howley. At one point he reads from a Jackson regime where he lamented “Sex offenders are really avoided in our society” And how he claims to be 8 years old “Colleagues” of an 18-year-old criminal He was sentenced to just three months in prison when the “liberal prosecutor” (Hawley described them) asked for two years.

Throughout the segment, Tubin strongly suggested that Jackson sound like a conservative:

His language was often the language of conservatives when it came to interpreting the constitution. He spoke in support of the US Alliance, but said that maintaining some independence was important. He even said several times that he believed that the framers of the constitution should look at the original intentions. It is a language that has a lot in common with Justice Scalia, Justice Thomas.

“And I’d be curious to see if there are any Democrats who are a little surprised,” he concluded.

It comes months after two CNN producers were arrested, not one for sexually abusing minors.

This defense reduction of the need for punishment for pedophiles and child pornography offenders has been made possible by progressive and lucrative sponsorship from DirecTV. Their contact information is attached.

Wolf Blitzer: So Jeffrey, what is your reaction to this? Republican Senator Josh Howley is trying to portray Judge Jackson as sympathetic to child pornography.

Jeffrey Tubin: It was really awesome. You have a judge here who has been on the bench for almost ten years. And we had a full half hour of Senator Howley’s question about a single case where he was able to recite horrific details and repeatedly say pedophilia.

It’s about appealing to QAnon audiences, a religion that is now a major presence in Republican politics – where Senator Howley is trying to associate himself with the group and run for president in support of them. It has little to do with Judge Jackson, who came out throughout today’s hearing, one of the many judges who found the guidelines for punishing child pornography excessive.

But, I mean, in half an hour it was awesome, in a single case.

Blitzer: Abby, what is your reaction to Senator Howley’s questioning of Judge Jackson in this one case?

Abby Phillip: Yeah, I mean, at first I think Jeffrey is absolutely right, it’s definitely a QAnon-Wright type dog whistle. And the essence of the argument, as explained many times, is not really to check out.

Blitzer: Overall, Geoffrey, how did Judge Jackson conduct today’s first round of interrogation?

TUBIN: I can’t imagine any change in the vote. And that’s good news for the judge because a democratic majority, albeit a narrow one, is moving toward confirmation.

And I would be curious to see if there are some Democrats who are a little surprised.
