Hate cheater Juicy Smollett released from jail pending appeal

An appeals court has ordered Jusie Smollett to be released from prison on Wednesday pending an appeal against her conviction.

The Associated Press reports:

Juicy Smollett was released from prison on Wednesday by an appeals court, which agreed with his lawyers that his appeal to be found guilty of lying to police about racist and gay attacks should be pending.

The verdict comes after a Cook County judge told police last week that Smollett was immediately sentenced to 150 days in prison for five counts of disorderly conduct for lying. The appeals court said Smollett could be released after posting a স্ব 150,000 personal recognition bond.

Smolett’s attorneys argued that he would have completed his sentence when the appeal process was completed, and that Smolett could be at risk of bodily harm if he remains incarcerated in the Cook County Jail.

Last Thursday, a judge reprimanded Juicy Smollett for his narcissism and hypocrisy before sentencing him to 150 days in prison.

Smollett was also sentenced to 30 months, fined $ 120,126 and ordered to pay a 25,000 fine.

After the judge sentenced him, Juicy Smollett stood up and shouted, “I’m not suicidal! I’m innocent! “

In 2019, Smollett ridiculously claimed that he was suddenly attacked by two “white men” in 20-degree weather in downtown Chicago when he shouted “This is Maga Country!”

The ‘Empire’ actor said that the attackers poured bleach on him and strangled him and verbally abused him with homophobic and racial slurs.

Juicy Smollett appears to have paid more than $ 3,000 to two Nigerian brothers to help him stop the “MAGA Country” hate crime.

Despite all the evidence presented in court, Smollett hired Nigerians to help him with this hate speech, with the ‘Empire’ actor lying in court for hours, claiming he was the victim of a real crime.
