Brutal! The GOP’s ‘Confederation Crew’ tried to ‘kill’ Ketanji Jackson

In the minds of liberal journalists, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson was such a perfect candidate for the Supreme Court that any question about the history of his case by Republican senators had to be driven by racism.

Reporters, hosts, pundits and newspaper editors were so outraged that they actually claimed that Republican treatment of Jackson was worse than that of Justice Brett Kavanagh (whose opponents were falsely accused of rape) and that the GOP's "Confederation Crew" Was asking questions that would be nominated by President Biden's Supreme Court "Killed."

Late night talk show hosts also joined ABC's Jimmy Kimmel in the opinion that the hearing was conducted by the GOP. "Subtle racism jamboree."

Below is a round-up of the worst takeaways from liberal journalists and late night talk show hosts during Ketanji Brown Jackson's hearing:

GOP Senator Judge Ketanji Brown is trying to "kill" Jackson

"What [Republican Senator] Josh Hawley is trying to get him when he tries to do it [Ketanji Brown Jackson] Killed. He is trying to use violence against a Supreme Court nominee. And we know that because when these people stop making ridiculous claims about child pornography, we know that some of them seem to be doing things violently, like what happened at the New Hampshire Pizza Parlor. "
- Race MSNBC's Justice Correspondent Eli Mistal Cross connectionMarch 19.

"The thing is, Josh Howley is not far behind. What he is doing is dangerous, it is a murder of a woman's character that is going to be confirmed. "
- Stephanie Ruhel, host of MSNBC 11th hourMarch 21

Host Wolf Blazer: "What is your reaction to this exchange? Republican Senator Josh Howley is trying to portray Judge Jackson as sympathetic to child pornography."
Chief Legal Analyst Jeffrey Tubin: "It simply came to our notice then. You have a judge here who has been on the bench for almost ten years. And we had a full half hour of Senator Howley's question about a single case where he was able to recite horrific details and repeatedly say pedophilia. It's about appealing to QAnon listeners, a religion that is now a big presence in Republican politics. "
- CNN's Situation roomMarch 22.

The GOP's "Confederacy crew" is stuck in the "19th century"

"She was treated like Anita Hill. He was treated like Christine Blessy Ford. Since she is a woman, she could not act like him [Supreme Court Justice Brett] Kavanagh. And I think what the lawyers say for women, for black women, the standard for us is that we should always behave as adults. The norm for white men is that they can behave like a child and still go to us as much as possible or more. They sent a very clear message. [Republican Senator] Lindsay Graham, all the little manplanners, all the little Confederacy crew that really sounded like 19th century. "
- MSNBC host Joy Reid ReadoutMarch 23.

Jackson is not cruel enough for Republicans

Democrats have long praised President Joe Biden's Harvard-educated lawyer and appellate court judge's choice, and the judiciary has begun to look more like America. But Republicans argue that Jackson brings too much sympathy to the job. "
- March 25 Tweet from the official Twitter account of the Associated Press.

Questioning the history of Jackson's case is worse than a false accusation of rape

"Republicans are proud that they did not pull Kavanagh. In fact, they treated Jackson worse. "
- The title Of the Washington Post Chief Editor, 23 March.

The GOP's "seeing attacks" felt "so personal."

Host Gayle King: “I saw a lot of hearings yesterday. It was very painful to watch. A lot yesterday afternoon. What can you tell us about last day plans?
Correspondent Nicole Killian: "Well, today's plan is that Judge Jackson will not be in the hot seat because a panel of experts testified after an emotional and extensive hearing that the first attack on a black woman is likely to be confirmed in the Supreme Court." He has recovered on the last day of interrogation ... The record of his punishment in child abuse case is being relentlessly questioned. "...
King: "It was very difficult, I thought, to see yesterday, no matter how you feel about him. It seemed very personal to see him really attacked for something he had nothing to do with what he was going to do." .
Co-host Nate Burleson: "I think the word 'attack' is an appropriate word here."
- CBS MorningMarch 24.

"Thagish" angry at "screaming and weird" Republicans

"I will use that word [Republican Senator] Tom Cotton was a thug. I thought [Republican Senator] Lindsay Graham was screaming and weird 6.[Republican Senator] Josh Howley, ridiculous ... they claim to be the guardians of childhood integrity. They are going after child pornography and rape. And they are going to protect the integrity of childhood. [Supreme Court Justice] Brett Kavanagh was credibly accused of rape and the victims were teenage girls and college students. High school and college students! So does Josh Howley, and [Republican Senator] Ted Cruz and Lindsay Graham and all the rest of you, and [Republican Senator] Mike Lee, and Tom 'Thagish' Cotton. You have not protected the juvenile predators of the person you have happily placed in the Supreme Court for life. You can't say anything about Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. He has made you the best intellectually and you are crazy about it. Be crazy! ”
- MSNBC host Joy Reid ReadoutMarch 22.

Irrational statement

“There was one thing, I thought, incredibly interesting, sometimes she did [Ketanji Brown Jackson] Sounds almost conservative. "
- John Crawford, chief legal correspondent for CBS Live coverage of Ketanji Brown Jackson's hearing, March 22.

There is no "red flag" for the GOP to portray Jackson as a "judicial extremist."

CBS Evening News Anchor Norah O'Donnell: "Do you see any obstacles after hearing that today?"
CBS Correspondent Jan Crawford: "I don't see any red flags ... they [Republican senators] I will try to understand his judicial philosophy, to show that in contrast to the picture we have seen, they think that he will be somehow a judicial extremist. I think it will be very difficult for them to do that. "
- CBS News live coverage of Ketanji Brown Jackson's hearing, March 21.

Citing Jackson's best friends forever, the treatment that Kavanagh received is not correct

"The confirmation hearing for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson will begin on Monday ... Nancy Cordes spoke with some of her old friends. - Oldest friends always tell the truth - Those who are not surprised at his success… .You can always rely on your girlfriend to get you and support you and lift you up. Thank you, Nancy, it was really nice. "
- Co-host Gayle King On CBS MorningMarch 18.

Co-host Robin Roberts: "We are talking to him [Ketanji Brown Jackson] Lifelong friends are sharing with us what they want us to know about their dearest friend on the brink of history. "...
Reporter Deborah Roberts: "They took back the veil of Judge Jackson's life. They call themselves The Ladies during their college days, a tight group of friends behind each other during their college days. They say there were parties and fun moments, but it was clear that their enthusiastic friend Ketanji, an ideal student, was going to go a long way ... their friend, they say, was always the right thing to do. "
- ABC's Good morning AmericaMarch 9.

"I was texting today with one of his closest friends and they told me that yesterday was very emotional, but they believe that their friend is like an Olympic athlete who is training for them. His whole life. "
- PBS Washington Week Moderator / NBC News Washington Correspondent Yamiche Alcinder Live coverage of Ketanji Brown Jackson's hearing on NBC News, March 22.

Judge Jackson is therefore "perfect," and any criticism is racist

Co-host Hopi Goldberg: “Based on just the people, the last three [Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch] They let people in. You know, this is a woman [Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson]... who can surpass every one of those people. "
Revolt TV host Ebony Williams: "In a very literal sense."
Goldberg: "Her ability is outstanding. I mean, she's outstanding. So, you put Amy Connie Barrett, you put the other one in, you know, and you're questioning her?"
Williams: "But Huppy, let's not pretend we don't know what it is. Do you know there is always time to live? It directs the qualification of black women in this country. And that's why the bus is never late. "
Goldberg: "It's never too late."
- ABC's SceneMarch 18.

Late Night Host GOP's "Subtle Racism Jamboree"

"Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee today. If something unexpected happens, the vote is expected to go to the party line. These hearings give many of our Republican senators a chance to compete in one of their favorite events, the subtle racist jamboree. [Kamala Harris] Tie-breaker ... that would be GOP's ultimate nightmare. The decision was made by two black women whose names they could not pronounce. "
- ABC host Jimmy Kimmel Jimmy Kimmel Live!March 21

"He said that even being nominated shows how far we have come as a country, and so some Republican senators on the committee have worked hard to show how far we have come."
- ABC host Jimmy Kimmel Jimmy Kimmel Live!March 23.

"It simply came to our notice then. From 'we put a man on the moon in a decade' to 'maybe one day we can get at least one Republican to vote for a worthy woman.'

Biden and Kamala are completely open to the U.S. border so anyone can walk, cross or cross the open border in the U.S.

An attack of a historical proportion!

Steve Bannon stopped the news by telling Hispanic voters, "These monster Democrats are out to destroy you and your family!"

Steve Bannon: It is an aggression. Hey, you noticed Joe Biden is there on the Ukraine-Polish border today. You haven't seen him in the valley in Rio Grande. You haven't seen him on the southern border. He'll be called crazy. Among all his lies and misrepresentations, this is the first article of impeachment against this man. He launched an attack on the border of our beloved country and intensified it. And he is sending billions more for the 100,000 refugees there ... they will not come and face the reality of what they have done for this nation.

যান Go to Biden South Texas. Don't send Orange Harris. He is a disaster and a joke. And a new book says he soaked himself when you gave him that assignment. He didn't want that ... Come on! We need the President of the United States. The people there deserve to come down and face them. This is the demand of the working class. The Big Three Evening Network ignores the green tyranny of the SEC

A powerful government regulator is trying to force publicly traded companies to disclose their greenhouse gas emissions and their perceived climate risks. But ABC, CBS and the NBC evening news show Green suppressed the announcement of the atrocity, giving it zero coverage for four consecutive days this week.

Gary GeslerThe Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has proposed a rule that would make it mandatory for "hundreds of businesses to report their global warming emissions in a standard way." The Washington Post. March 21 Post The story captivates the story as a reflection of President Joe Biden's so-called leadership in the fight against climate change.

New York Times Similarly, the SEC's proposed rule is a significant achievement in the release of the Biden administration's "stagnant environmental agenda." But the announcement of the Green Torture received zero coverage from the ABC, CBS and NBC evening news networks from March 21 to March 24.

The only Republican on the panel opposed the free-market SEC proposal. The move comes amid a wave of large corporations pursuing environmental, social and governance (ESG) programs. According to Investopedia, ESG is a set of values that investors use to consider investment goals in light of their environmental stewardship, social consciousness and executive leadership practices.

NBC's sister network CNBC has taken to the field Criticism ESG in an interview aired March 24. Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK) said, "[T]He is not a reflection of what Americans want from the average ESG movement. The Americans, Sullivan argued, "when you limit American energy production and make it harder to produce, the results are very predictable: high gas prices, low jobs and strong enemies abroad."

The post He described the proposed rule as a major victory for environmentalists, who hailed it as "an important step in forcing the private sector to tackle climate change." In other words, the SEC's proposed rule seems to be a huge leap forward for the extremist environmental movement.

The Wall Street Journal The editorial board reacted more critically to the news: "The Biden administration continues to fight against fossil fuels as if energy security is not an issue." Journal It also claims that the SEC's climate regulations "will put new costs on companies, discourage private companies from going public, and encourage some public firms to go private."

Larry FinkJournal The editorial board also explained that "[t]The main purpose of this rule is to make it easier for left-leaning asset managers, such as blacklocks, public pension funds and trial lawyers to intimidate agencies." [Emphasis added.]

Andrew Pujder, a visiting colleague at The Heritage Foundation for Business and Economic Freedom, co-wrote a comment condemning "unelected and irresponsible employees" like SEC Chairman Gary Gensler for pressuring ESG regulations on Americans. Pujdar quoted West Virginia Treasurer Riley Moore as criticizing BlackRock for adopting investment strategies that hurt the energy sector "while increasing investment in Chinese companies."

Seoul, South KoreaFormer Vice President and Indiana Governor Mike Pence believes the United States should "redouble its efforts to provide President (Volodymyr) Zelensky and the Ukrainian military with everything they need to defend themselves."

USA Today: ‘No easy answer’ to define what a woman is

As part of the Left's relentless and tumultuous efforts to redefine gender and gender, USA Today On Thursday, Republican Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn responded in part to Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown's definition of Jackson. "What is a woman?" Forcibly "There is no easy answer to science." Or "Enough way" To identify if someone is a woman.

In other words, forget your genitals and genetics because anyone can be a woman. And, as the piece argues, you are not only a sexist to question it, but it is the latest incarnation of insulting women during the period of slavery.

Reporter Alia E. Dastagir, in an article in the "Health and Wellness" section of the paper with the headline, deems it worthwhile to go this route: "Marsha Blackburn asked Ketanji Brown Jackson to define 'woman'. There is no simple answer to science. "

Within about 1,200 words, Dastagir's ominous statement served as a reminder that for all left wax, the only poetic, acceptable versions of truth, science, and truth are the self-worshiping views that some people imagine, even if they are. You ignore the basic physiology you learned in middle school.

Dastagir weighed in even before the actual article, writing in the "Key Points" section "[t]There is no adequate way to define what makes a woman. "

The article itself begins with a summary of what both Blackburn and Jackson said, including how the question came up in American politics and sports, including Leah Thomas Saga, when transgenderism became a flash point.

Shortly afterwards, Dastagir consulted with academics (including "philosophers") about things that were rare and came up with the idea that Even "a skilled biologist" cannot give "a definite answer" or a woman because "there is no sufficient way" since "there is so much diversity."

Dastagir then quoted a Gender Studies professor at Left Bernard College who praised Jackson for not answering. "Science" Can't "Offer a simple, definite answer."

In the next section, it is made worse by the erroneous argument of accepting Dastagir "A simple binary" Oh their limbs cause for male vs. female based determination "The reality, gender experts say, is more complicated."

There is no "single 'biological' answer to Bernard Professor's claim." USA Today Hack explained that there are "six different biological markers" in the body "No" everyone has to "align" (Click "Extend"):

"There is no single 'biological' answer to the definition of a woman. There is no single biological answer to the question 'what is a woman'," says Jordan-Young.

There are at least six different biological markers of "sex" in the body: genitals, chromosomes, gonads, internal reproductive structures, hormone ratios, and secondary sex characteristics. Jordan-Young says none of the six is strictly bifurcated and the different markers do not always come together.

Sarah Richardson, a Harvard scholar, historian and biology philosopher who focuses on the sciences of sexuality and gender and the dimensions of their principles, says Jackson's answer accurately reflects legal practice. Although U.S. law remains a volatile field for the concept and definition of sexuality, it is often based on biological evidence and the classification of sex in logic.

But like Jordan-Young, Richardson emphasized that biology does not provide a simple or single answer to the question of what defines a woman.

Dastagir took things to a racial level, similar to those who questioned the femininity of anyone (i.e. Leah Thomas was not a woman) who supported slavery and thus saw African-American women as property rather than women.

Of course, the late Phyllis Schlafly also had to disrupt their funhouse (click "expand"):

The women's category has been competing politically for a long time. She said black women are not always welcome in the category. Although the 19th Amendment gave women the right to vote, for decades, many black women were excluded from applying it. During the Jim Crow, there will be bathrooms labeled "male", "female" and "colorful". The long-standing view of white supremacy denies recognition to women as black women and women of color.

Williams said one can also look back to the era of Philis Schlaffley, an attorney and activist and the face of conservative women in the 1970s who argued against the Equal Rights Amendment, which would make gender-based discrimination unconstitutional. Williams said Schlafley believed that the role of women as housemaids was fundamental to how women's classification was defined.

"There was an attempt to define femininity in a very specific way around the role of motherhood and upbringing and it was suggested that a society where women's rights and opportunities are equal to men's would lead to a genderless, gender-neutral society," she said. . "In other words, if women stop behaving like women, they will stop being women."

The search for Sodom and Gomorrah would not be complete without a division to protect Thomas, so Dastagir grabs: "Gender scholars and trans activists argue that critics focus on the appointment of Thomas as male at birth as the only reason for his superiority."

Zooming out to shut things down, Dastagir reiterated his curved thesis that "no one can legislate science" although he and his so-called experts insisted that science does not actually solve it (completely unnecessary). Forward about gender.

Demonic Northern Ireland Politicians Ban Prayers for Dancing as ‘Safe Zone’

Green Party's Claire Bailey rejoices. The bill, the first of its kind in "anywhere in both the UK and Ireland", would effectively ban the practice of praying outside abortion clinics, as well as any other last-ditch attempt to persuade women to carry their pregnancies on time.

Bailey, leader of the Green Party in Northern Ireland, has been pushing for a safe access zone bill for her abortion service since 2016. This law, which now only requires a systematic rubber stamp from the queen, will try to persuade women to violate the life-related procedure law এমনকি even if such efforts come in the form of offers for help, or through prayer, directed to God.

Celebrating Bill's success, members of the Northern Ireland Assembly danced, shouted and hugged each other.

Although not everyone in the assembly was happy. James Alistair, a British Unionist member, spoke desperately about what it means to not only accept the practice of abortion for the sake of society's morality, but also to prevent any attempt to discourage women from doing so.

"A woman's womb should be the safest place for a newborn," she said. "Nevertheless, with abortion, it is the most dangerous place for the unborn, because it is there, in the womb, consciously, intentionally and by choice, death is observed on the unborn."

According to the final amendment to the law, a constable will be permitted to use a "safe zone" to warn violators, remove eviction orders or use the necessary force.

Measures considered a violation of the law include directly or indirectly affecting women seeking abortion, restricting access, recording or harassing audio or video recordings of women in safe areas. Which could be due to the incredibly wide array of actions Indirectly Actions affecting a woman in a safe area, such as praying for the termination of an abortion or praying for the soul of the unborn, would be a violation of this law.

Those who break the law will be fined up to 1,000.

Those who refuse to vacate the premises or resist law enforcement will face a minor conviction and a fine of more than £ 5,000.

Joe Manchin has announced that he would like to vote for the Radical Supreme Court

Sen. Joe Manchin (DWV) announced Friday that he would like to vote to confirm the nomination of Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Manchin posted his announcement on Twitter, "After meeting with Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, considering his record, and closely observing his testimony and questioning before the Senate Judiciary Committee this week, I have decided that I would like to vote for his nomination to serve on the Supreme Court. My full statement: "

- Senator Joe Manchin (@Sen_Jomanchin) March 25, 2022

Manchin said he had "closely monitored" (edit) Jackson's confirmation hearing this week but did not comment on whether Jackson had kept his soft on the record of child pornography offenders or whether he was unable to say what a woman he was.

Manchin does not sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee, so he cannot vote for Jackson until his nomination reaches the Senate. The Equally Divided Judicial Committee (11-11) is set to vote April 4 in the full Senate by the expected vote on April 8, revealing more about Jackson's radical record (suspicious, but possible), giving Manchin time to change his mind. The statement said, "I want to vote for his nomination", not 'I will'.

A tie vote on the committee would require a full Senate majority vote to bring Jackson out of the nomination committee. Orange Harris will be able to vote to break the tie in the 50-50 Senate.

Minority leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced his opposition to Jackson on Thursday, sending an initial signal to Republicans to oppose Jackson's confirmation.

The Kansas Senate has passed a bill approving ivermectin and prescription

Senate Sub. For HB 2280, as amended, there are concerns about prescribing and distributing drugs for off-label use for childhood vaccines and religious exemptions, the bill said.

The bill passed with 21 votes in favor and 16 against.

Capital-Journal reports:

The Senate worked on several bills until dawn in a marathon session. The off-label drug bill, HB 2280, passed just before 1:30 a.m. on 21-16

"Thousands of Kansans and millions of Americans have died as a result of this propaganda, which has shut down first aid," said Sen. Mark Stephen, R-Hutchinson. "I firmly believe that passing this bill through the Senate will gain national attention and help be an important part of caring for those who need it."

The bill would allow doctors to prescribe ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and any other FDA-approved drug that is not a controlled substance for off-label use for COVID-19 prevention or treatment.

With this, pharmacists have to fill out a prescription, removing their professional discretion for refusing to fill out a prescription, unless they find a reason other than a connection to COVID-19.

"With this provision, a doctor can write a prescription for abortion medicine in the guise of COVID and the pharmacist must fill it out," said Cindy Holsher, D-Overland Park, who opposed the bill.

Another section protects physicians from an epidemic-related healing art investigation board, and prohibits any "recommendation, prescription, use, or opinion" of treating Covid-19 from being considered unprofessional behavior.

The bill also extends existing religious exemptions for childhood wellness vaccines in schools and day care. This effectively creates a new exemption where any parent can claim moral or ethical exemptions for vaccinating young people.
