Despite some significant legal victories for anxious parents, LGBTQ-related curricula (and sometimes direct activism) are still ubiquitous in American public schools. Even in Red Texas, students were forced to participate in “Pride Week,” which ended with a “Pride Parade” through the halls of Austin’s DOS Elementary School. The video of the “parade” was shared by the assistant principal of the school The video allegedly shows a group of students and teachers marching through the hall with LGBTQ-themed artwork.
I knew he would delete it so I saved it. The assistant principal posted this video of a proud parade at the school on his Twitter account. pic.twitter.com/GrUdr9V4MS

As is clear from the photograph, one of the rules of “Pride Week” is that what is discussed at school is kept confidential, which violates Texas state law. According to the Texas Education Code, “any attempt by a school district employee to encourage or coerce a child to conceal information from a child’s parents is the basis of discipline under section 21.104”.

An activity guide for the event shows that students were forced to create pride-themed arts and crafts while workers were allowed to wear “proud shirts”.
“If a child wants to discuss LBGT + identity, listen carefully,” reads a teacher’s instruction manual. According to school administrators, students were forced to participate in a “circle discussion” that was supposed to be kept confidential. “Please note that we have agreed to keep secret what happened in this circle,” read a school document in “Pride Week.”
The LGBTQ component of the school curriculum has been a hot button issue in recent weeks, especially with the recent passage of the Florida Parental Rights Bill, which opponents mistakenly called the “Don’t Homosexual” Bill. Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online. Proponents of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online. Opponents of these bills have often denied that things like this “pride parade” ever happened and that the bills were driven only by homophobia and transphobia. As has happened with the bill in Florida, opponents of the media, as well as Democratic activists and operatives, have deliberately lied about the content of the bill.
With almost daily examples of far-left instincts and activism in schools, it was difficult to sell the idea that those who opposed the bill, such as the Florida Education Rights Bill, were generally over-reacting to conservative and concerned parents. The narrative portrayed by the Conservatives continues to be as credible as some of the “grooming” of what is happening in schools.
The pornographic book ‘Gender Queer’ is still available in many schools across the country.
Many districts have an easy way to access a library database so you can check if your child’s school offers this book.
If your child still has this book in school, please DM me. Thanks! https://t.co/lA8ND2PS0o
